Shadows of MK Ultra?

Dr. Scott Allen is the lead medical author on the report titled “Experiments in Torture”.

His group, Physicians for Human Rights, alleges that “Experiments in Torture is the first report to reveal evidence indicating that CIA medical personnel allegedly engaged in the crime of illegal experimentation after 9/11, in addition to the previously disclosed crime of torture. In their attempt to justify the war crime of torture, the CIA appears to have committed another alleged war crime—illegal experimentation on prisoners.” – from “The Torture Papers Physicians for Human Rights”

From the reports I can gather the CIA says that ““The CIA did not, as part of its past detention program, conduct human subject research on any detainee or group of detainees,” CIA spokesman Paul Gimigliano told a reporter.- emphasis my own.-EvS

Research being the key term here. Medical research on prisoners or detainees could be considered a war crime, I believe that’s why the CIA would rather you call it anything but that. Could it be that the use of traumatic psychic events is being used as modern day equivalent of Project Bluebird? Bluebird: Deliberate Creation of Multiple Personality By Psychiatrists this being the idea behind psychic driving and the attempt to create Manchurian style assassins. Sounds a bit science fiction I know but then the truth is always stranger than fiction with these guys! And who is going to look into the background of some suicide bomber or jihadist assassin when he or she is gunned down after taking out their target. They are the ideal false flag operatives.
