1/ Federal Reserve Sued for Firing Examiner Trying to Expose Goldman Sachs
“Filed by Carmen Segarra, a former senior examiner for the New York Fed, the lawsuit alleges that she was fired after Fed supervisors pressured her to falsify her findings that Wall Street behemoth Goldman Sachs (2012 revenues: $34.163 billion) had established inadequate conflict of interest policies that were “full of holes” and failed to meet Fed requirements.
“They wanted me to falsify my findings,” Segarra said recently, “and when I wouldn’t, they fired me.” Full article
2/ WW2 Vet faces arrest for visiting War Memorial.
The insanity of the U.S. Government shutdown seems to know no end. A charity group that brings vets on free tours to war memorials in Washington D.C. was told that any vets visiting the “closed” site would be arrested. WTF! Does bureaucracy know no bounds? Is it that blind. Apparently it is or at least was. With continuous exposure and uproar the “authorities” have decided to leave this one alone. Unfortunately during a vigil. People finally got pissed off in Washington D.C. and stormed the barricades tossing them aside!
this seems to be a recurring trend arresting veterans that are practicing their rights such as a recent arrest of a Vietnam Veteran group in NYC.
These veterans were attending a candlelight vigil at the NYC Memorial!
3/ Steal This Research Paper! (You Already Paid for It.)

it’s about Aaron Swartz and the Open Access Movement vis a vis PLOS. Long and short is it really illegal to distribute research publications that have been paid for with public money? I guess only if there is something to hide ,that the government and their corporate friends don’t want you to know! -EvS

Patriots. Lets rationally analyze this OK ?
What is Martial Law ?? It is the exercise of Government and Control by Military authorities over the civilian population of a designated territory.
“Designated Territory” get it. There is no army in the world that can impose Martial Law over all of AMERICA. The country is too big. It is logistically impossible. Some cities ?? Yes… a large area ?? Maybe.
They will delay Martial Law if it ever comes until they have consfiscated your guns. Do you know why they want gun registration and then gun confiscation ?? So that they can control large areas. Right now it is IMPOSSIBLE.
Why ?
1. The Military will not go along with Obama 100%. There will be a mutiny in the military. So about 70% will take their arms and munition and join the American Citizens… creating huge holes in the logistical supply chains for the remaining enforcers.
2. The PEOPLE will be against them so there will be limited safe havens and they will have to move in large convoys reducing their tactical ability to control large sections or land.
3. The most important point is that there will be return fire. Patriots have guns. LOTS OF THEM.”

The Cramps are the only band that has ever played a show in a mental hospital. The show was at California State Mental Hospital in Napa, CA on June 13, 1978 as a free concert for the patient!
