It’s been a few years since 2019 that we’ve covered the Bilderberg participants for North America.

This year’s meeting was from June 2nd till the 5th 2022 and took place in Washington, DC, USA.

We will focus on the North American participants, in particular USA (USA) and Canada(CAN).

(INT) references are for “international” organizations and groups.

Full list here for all Bilderberg attendees

Previous meeting list (2019) and my analysis from that time can be found here.

They skipped 2020 and 2021 due to the Covid pandemic. Excellent primer vid.

Why does any of this matter?

Think of their agenda and the players as a snapshot as to what’s coming up. As well as an outline of their concerns.

I’ve found over the years that the real conspiracies aren’t hidden,  they just aren’t wrapped up in a neat little easily digestible package.

There are competing interests that sometimes act in concert as well as go against one another.

Greed and power seeking knows no race or creed and can be found in any group.

Conspiracy theories do pose a risk to various groups who would try to run the world and influence/profit from world events. It puts an unwanted spotlight on their machinations.

Most of the information is public. Except of course what was said at the Bilderberg meeting…..

This years topics for “discussion”:

1. Geopolitical Realignments
2. NATO Challenges
3. China
4. Indo-Pacific Realignment
5. Sino-US Tech Competition
6. Russia
7. Continuity of Government and the Economy
8. Disruption of the Global Financial System
9. Disinformation
10. Energy Security and Sustainability
11. Post Pandemic Health
12. Fragmentation of Democratic Societies
13. Trade and Deglobalisation
14. Ukraine

Provided below will also be some info on each participant, some links and my take. Also included will be (INT) ie international members, remainder is Canadian and U.S. participants.

A very detailed analysis can be found at this link. This article is more a summary of NA participants, the Coles Notes version if you will:

——–

Adeyemo, Adewale (USA), Deputy Secretary, Department of  The Treasury

Obama, Blackrock and now with Biden. Blackrock is a conspiracy boogeyman all on its own. This is Adewale’s (aka Wally) first Bilderberg meeting.

Altman, Roger C. (USA), Founder and Senior Chairman, Evercore Inc.

Served Carter and Clinton, resigned over Whitewater, investment banker also past steering committee member.

Altman, Sam (USA), CEO, OpenAI

Sam is also a former Y-Combinator partner which is another kettle of fish with long involvment with Bilderberg and the CIA.

Applebaum, Anne (USA), Staff Writer, The Atlantic: is also a bit of a “Russia expert” having specialized in writing about Soviet/Russian history and politics. My best guess is she was there to field questions about Russia.

Azoulay, Audrey (INT), Director-General, UNESCO

Audrey comes from a diplomatic family and has connections. UNESCO recently rolled out their “anti-conspiracy” program.

UNESCO is pushing for a war against “conspiracy” theories. The new/old tactic against “conspiracies” and “misinformation” is to call it “antisemitism”. That anyone talking about global groups or cabals trying to run the world is automatically antisemitic. Good way to shut people up, nobody wants to be called anti-anything.

Baker, James H. (USA), Director, Office of Net Assessment, Office of the Secretary of Defense : Military guy. Put there by Obama and there during Trump and currently at time of writing still there under Biden administration. Part of the think tank who’s job it is to “look 20 or 30 years into the future” for the Department of Defense. He’s a return member and been to a few meetings.

Must have one hell of a card trick. There to give projections or best guesses on what’s coming up in defense related concerns.

Bourla, Albert (USA), Chairman and CEO, Pfizer Inc. Wasn’t at the last get along.  Guessing was there to talk about Covid and Big-Pharma‘s ability to profit (Bilderberg people) and ability to deal with pandemics.

Burns, William J. (USA), Director, CIA: If I could have picked anyone to be the CIA director from a short list it would have been this guy. Career diplomat, previous think tank guy, middle east expert and Russia guy. Speaks French,Arabic and Russian. He’s not really a money guy nor is he partisan. I’m not so sure of the optics of the CIA director going to a Bilderberg meeting but they have heads of state at these meetings….

Campbell, Kurt (USA), White House Coordinator for Indo-Pacific, NSC: National Security Council should spell it out and Indo-Pac for India and China concerns. New guest, probably there to talk about what he knows. Also a former military intelligence guy and wrote various books on international policy/relations.

Carney, Mark J. (CAN), Vice Chair, Brookfield Asset Management: I can’t find that he has attended many if any Bilderberg meetings. There as a speaker and probably about money. He was one of the people involved with helping Russia out of insolvency back in 1998. Brookfield’s asset responsibility alone is over 750 billion. Pretty much guarantees a seat at the table. Also of note he was previously with the Bank of Canada and England. Knows money and numbers.

Chhabra, Tarun (USA), Senior Director for Technology and National Security, National Security Council: Was also part of the Brookings Institute, “His research focused on U.S. grand strategy, U.S.-China relations, and U.S. alliances. Chhabra co-led the Brookings Foreign Policy-wide initiative, Global China, focused on the implications of China’s growing global influence.” No mystery as to why Tarun is invited to speak there.

Dudley, William C. (USA), Senior Research Scholar, Princeton University: there to talk economics and money. Was also a Goldman Sachs guy from 1986-2007 and was part of the New York Federal Reserve. Inflation and stimulus expert.

Easterly, Jen (USA), Director, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency: Leads a relatively new agency started at the end of 2018. Specialties included cyber security, hacking, disinformation and protecting infrastructure from cyber threats.  New guest speaker. Former Army Intelligence and NSA “TAO” team.

Economy, Elizabeth (USA), Senior Advisor for China, Department of Commerce: China expert.

Emond, Charles (CAN), CEO, CDPQ: Investment banking

Fanusie, Yaya (USA), Adjunct Senior Fellow, Center for a New American Security: think tank, former CIA analyst involving terrorism financing. Now into blockchain and crypto. Probably there to discuss how Russia is using crypto to continue to finance their war efforts in Ukraine and also to talk about Ukraine’s leadership.

Freeland, Chrystia (CAN), Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance (Canada): The equivalent of the US Vice President visiting for Canada. And unsurprisingly her attendance made next  to no press in Canada.  Knows Russian history and was a former journalist before getting into politics. WEF member.

Henry, Mary Kay (USA), International President, Service Employees International Union: Union Prez for SEIU, primarily Health Care workers. Strong Democratic supporter (they haven’t learned yet that none of the parties give a shit). I really thought at the 2019 meeting, that Mary was a sheep at a Wolves party. Maybe taken in by the ambiance and thrill of being invited to such a high level event. Might be that Mary Kay is a wolf in Sheep’s clothing.

Hobson, Mellody (USA), President, Ariel Investments LLC : George Lucas’ wife and famous in her own right. Sits on a lot of financially important boards. A repeat attendee.

Hodges, Ben (USA), Pershing Chair in Strategic Studies, Center for European Policy Analysis: there for discussion of Ukraine, NATO and military options

Hoffman, Reid (USA), Co-Founder, LinkedIn; Partner, Greylock Partners: Described as a “venture capitalist” (ie your company looks promising here’s some more money but I want a stake), he understands tech and has a good idea where to invest money. Return attendee from 2019.

Karp, Alex (USA), CEO, Palantir Technologies:
Self described “socialist”, yet does data mining for the CIA and other intelligence groups. Dangerous as he believes his own bullshit yet has too much money for anyone to call him out on it. -Facebook data breach, 2016 Elections, Cambridge Analytica scandal

Kissinger, Henry A. (USA), Chairman, Kissinger Associates Inc.: How the son of a bitch and right hand of the devil is still alive must be one of the wonders of the modern world. Attendee at the 1957 and 1964 meetings , after writing his CFR studies on nuclear war strategy. Allegedly a regular attendee/member since 1971 and  Bilderberg steering committee member since 1977.  One of the real powers behind various thrones.

Kofman, Michael (USA), Director, Russia Studies Program, Center for Naval Analysis: he is also a writer for one of my favorite policy/strategic study groups, “War on the Rocks“(also a podcast). There as another Russia expert.

Kravis, Henry R. (USA), Co-Chairman and Co-CEO, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co.: Husband of Steering Committee member Marie-Josee Kravis. Money guy and funds a few boards at prestigious universities and various corporate boards, trusts, etc.

Kravis, Marie-Josée (USA), President of American Friends of Bilderberg Inc.; Senior Fellow, Hudson Institute:, Co-Chair Bilderberg Meetings; Chair, The Museum of Modern Art.

Marie is Canadian born, graduate of Ottawa University, but lives in the U.S. Where she is on the international advisory board for Federal Reserve Bank of New York. A Bilderberg Member since 1989. She has served on boards from banking and finance to manufacturing and a few thinks tank/policy groups(Hudson Institute and CFR). Definitely a heavy hitter. Her husband is hardly a slouch either (billionaire Henry Kravis of KKR one of the masters of leveraged buy outs.

LeCun, Yann (USA), Vice-President and Chief AI Scientist, Facebook, Inc.

One of the smartest computer guys in the room. He is one of the world experts in “convolutional nets” and artificial intelligence. Probably there to see if they can keep Evil Grandpa (aka Kissinger) “alive” in a machine body so he can continue to give advise to the world elites. One of the key figures for a technocratic (Bilderberg) future!

Little, Mark (CAN), President and CEO, Suncor Energy Inc. Oil and Energy guy. Also sits on the Industry Strategy Council (Canada

Lütke, Tobias (CAN), CEO, Shopify allegedly the counter-punch to Amazon

Michel, Charles (INT), President, European Council : there to discuss Ukraine and EU roll.

Mullen, Michael (USA), Former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff: served under Bush and Obama. There to talk Ukraine and other military hot spots.

Mundie, Craig J. (USA), President, Mundie & Associates LLC: he is a big wheel at Microsoft but not in the public face of it. Also a Bilderberg Steering Committee member.

Petraeus, David H. (USA), Chairman, KKR Global Institute: Linked to Steering Committee member MJ Kravis and her participant husband. Career Army, General, and was even a CIA director. Got into trouble mishandling classified information. Repeat attendee. Wants a seat at the big boy table. KKR’s people have been heavily invested into Bilderberg activity for the last long while.

Raimondo, Gina M. (USA), Secretary of Commerce: always worrisome when government officials attend Bilderberg meetings. Like they’re not representing the interests of the electorate or something….

Reynders, Didier (INT), European Commissioner for Justice: apparently Shopify has had some legal problems in the EU? Guess Didier will smooth it out. Also there most likely to discuss EU’s Artifical Intelligence rules.

Schadlow, Nadia (USA), Senior Fellow, Hudson Institute: repeat attendee, former National Security Council advisor during Trump. Defense Department guy who is an expert on Russia and Ukraine.

Schinas, Margaritis (INT), Vice President, European Commission: immigration guy for EU. Probably to talk about his field as well as resettling of Ukraine conflict refugees.

Schmidt, Eric E. (USA), Former CEO and Chairman, Google LLC: repeat attendee. Another technocrat. Also will probably be talking about microchip security and China.

Scott, Kevin (USA), CTO, Microsoft Corporation: smart computer guy. Probably there to fix Henry’s laptop.

Sinema, Kyrsten (USA), Senator: I’m still not sure of what she is bringing to the table.? Maybe that planned Arizona smart city? Technocratic Utopia!!

Stoltenberg, Jens (INT), Secretary General, NATO: well no surprise why Jens is there.

Sullivan, Jake (USA), Director, National Security Council: recently appointed by Biden.  Been into some dirty politics with Hillary Clinton. But he’s shown to have flexible morals so will be of use to the Bilderberg Group.

Tellis, Ashley J. (USA), Tata Chair for Strategic Affairs, Carnegie Endowment aka “Ministry of Love” (War). India expert and has written about nuclear issues involving India and Pakistan. Written for RAND and Carnegie. Policy wonk.

Thiel, Peter (USA), President, Thiel Capital LLC: repeat attendee and will probably be running the group in not to distant future. Checks off a lot of the Bilderberg boxes: repeat participant, connected, tech, finance and connected to other members.  Also involved with Palantir ,Paypal, artificial intelligence, life-extension, seasteading (colonizing the seabeds), Facebook, investment, venture capitalism, etc. Also backer of  Y-Combinator a joint private/public/CIA tech group. Peter is a dyed in the wool technocrat.

Wallander, Celeste (USA), Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs. Another WEF flunkie. Oddly the WEF has been doing a major flex the last couple (Covid) years. Celeste is a specialist in Russia/Ukraine/Eurasia security issues.

That’s the end of this year’s report on the people who want to run the world club. Any errors or omissions my own. Feel free to comment or send an email:
