The last week or so in review of what’s made the EvS news
1/ The miners that were shot by police in South Africa in an unprovoked attack then charged with murder of their fellow strikers in a weird Orwellian twist. The charges were later dropped.

3/ Arming the Government Against Americans
The push to disarm Americans has been around a long time. An estimated ninety million Americans own guns legally and in states that permit concealed carry the crime rate drops precipitously by comparison with others that do everything they can to make the purchase and carry of firearms difficult.
4/ Clashes between policemen and riot forces in Greece
It was a matter of time before the government there went after police pensions and benefits, interesting that current riot police had to put some law and order smack down on retired cops. Any law enforcement readers please keep pay heed to this article!
5/ Violence in Syria
the violence in Syria goes on and on with talks of setting up “humanitarian zones” or “no fly zones” threats of western intervention if chemicals weapons are used. We called this conflict some time ago in a previous blog post. Were just seeing the big agenda unfolding.
6/The Agenda with Steve Paikin: Breaking the Banks
Discussing the reality of breaking up the big banks due to corruption. And if the banks are not broken up are we just setting up another financial crisis?
