What do SBHC’s have to do with federal government templates for mass vaccination, points of distribution, hazard mitigation plans and nano brain barrier penetrating vaccines? Will a power elite hijacked government sterialize, surveil and/or kill it’s people under the guise of public health?

Vaccinating Without Parental Knowledge Soon To Become The Norm Across The World
Health officials in the U.S, U.K, Canada, Australia and around the world are officially crossing into dangerous territory with parents when it comes to vaccinations. Not only are public health entities habitually and deliberately failing to inform the public of their right to refuse vaccines in both school and work settings, but they are working towards mandatory vaccination protocols which will allow officials to conduct childhood vaccinations without any parental consent at all.
It was just a little over one year ago when the pharmaceutical industry, the Department of Health and Human Services, and Centers for Disease Control allocated millions of dollars in funding to establish vaccine clinics in public schools, causing a huge uproar from concerned parents.
The RAND Corporation, paid by Sanofi Pasteur, outlined how to turn schools into vaccine clinics, which critics claimed will inevitably poison children with multi-dose vaccines.

From 1994 to 2001, a staff at the Department of Health and Human Services
created model comprehensive school-based health centers (SBHCs), developed a comprehensive financing system and helped with SBHC start ups in many states.
The project was part of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) ‘Making the Grade’: State and Local Partnerships to Establish School-Based Health Centers’ national program.
School Based Health Centers (SBHCs) SBHCs are health care centers, located in school settings, that provide children and adolescents with comprehensive primary, acute, and preventive care for physical and mental health conditions. As developed particularly in two RWJF national programs (The School-Based Adolescent Health Care Program and Making the Grade). the centers, which have interdisciplinary staffs, not only deliver routine primary health care — physical exams, screening, and treatment for physical and mental health problems — but also teach students how to manage their own health. …'”Adolescents are a hard population to reach,” said Dr. Matthew Daley, a pediatrician and vaccine research expert with Kaiser Permanente who is working with researchers at the University of Colorado and Denver Health Medical Center to evaluate the model.
“Improving access to vaccines by delivering them at school is only one step in the right direction,” said Matthew F. Daley, “What is unique about this initiative is that by billing health insurance plans we can also evaluate whether giving vaccines in schools can be financially sustainable over the long term.”
Offering inoculations at school makes life much easier for parents, who don’t need to leave work to drive kids to a clinic or doctor’s office. They just sign consent forms that are sent home, and then everything is done at school.

Under the Public Health Service Act, the Secretary of Health and Human Services has the authority to make and enforce regulations necessary “to prevent the introduction, transmission, or spread of communicable diseases from foreign countries into the States or possessions, or from one State or possession into any other State or possession.
Jacobson v. Massachusetts is viewed as the seminal case regarding a state’s or municipality’s authority to institute a mandatory vaccination program as an exercise of its police powers.
The Court addressed the constitutional concerns raised by the petitioner in Jacobson, but remained unconvinced that his rights were “contravened” by the mandatory vaccination program.

In conclusion, this paper has reported evidence of a consecrated effort by the government and Big PhRMA to change the original purpose of public schools from education to include health care. On the surface, the concept appears to be a very altruistic and noble enterprise, however, upon closer scrutiny it becomes apparent that there are conflict of interests and a nefarious social agenda associated with SBHC programs.
Educators and teachers are being required to record abnormal behavior in children that may ultimately be diagnosed and treated with chemical therapies without parental consent under the SBHC mental health programs. In one session, multiple vaccinations are promoted as a ‘convenience’ to parents so they do not have to take time off from work to take the child to a private health clinic and children may not be allowed to enter school without them.
In order to tap into the vast majority of the un-immunized student population, SBHC vaccination program funding is being restructured from grants to Medicare and private insurance plans. We have seen how the ‘studies’ that justified both the mental health and vaccination programs were subsidized by Big PhaRMA, including the committees, both quasi public and private, that endorsed them.
There is a big push by politicians that are backed by Big PhRMA to encourage states and communities to find and enroll millions of eligible children on Medicaid or the Children‟s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), but are not yet covered. Many of the non-profit foundations that are SBHC ‘partners’, such as the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF), either are major stock holders of pharmaceutical companies and/or the foundations have members who sit on the boards of these companies.
We have seen how other SBHC partners; HMO companies such as Kaiser Permanente, conducts safety and effectiveness clinical trials of the vaccines they administer to patients for profit, while having court records of criminal misconduct charges over the past decade. Kaiser Permanente continues to use the results of these biased clinical trials as false propaganda to misguide the public towards ‘keeping vaccination rates high for the good of the community’.
National, state and local registries are being set up to allegedly survey acute respiratory infections rates, determine the impact of immunization programs and provide data for policy decision making, but the real motive is to ascertain what percentage of the population is not on chemical therapies and/or identify who is not vaccinated.
The politics of drugs and vaccines is permeating the legislative process on all levels. There are creditable reports that public school districts must meet drug enrollment quotas or risk losing federal education subsidies and various states legislatures are considering pre-school mandatory vaccination programs that may preclude parental consent in a medical emergency.
Parents are also becoming psychologically intimidated into compliance with these draconian state endorsed policies and programs because of the threat of losing the custody of their children for bogus medical neglect allegations.
This collusion among certain governmental agencies and the pharmaceutical industry is not restricted to the United States, but is a worldwide phenomena. Big business insider Bill Gates advocated the use of vaccines ‘to reduce the world’s population’ as a means to reduce CO2 emissions; never mind the oxymoron that vaccines can be used as an instrument of population reduction and promote world health at the same time.
Whether or not there is conclusive evidence that proves there is an on-going genocidal slow kill in-the-name-of-public-health vaccination program that is fulfilling the secret agenda of world leaders, SBHCs would definitely be instrumental in serving as points of distribution. One thing is certain, there definitely is a very prophetic, exuberant and concerted effort by the Health and Human Services Secretary, Kathleen Sebelius, various state governors and the U. S. Congress, through the passage of unconstitutional laws as The Public Health Service Act, to ensure that the legal framework to authorize mandatory immunization emergency management policies be enforceable at POD’s and SBHCs, thus annulling our right to make our own decision about vaccinations for our children and ourselves.
The ultimate question is are we, as parents, ‘making the grade‘ when it comes to protecting our children’s health. In the game of big business and power politics, where consumers are seen as faceless $ signs and where our corrupt leaders set policy based on the false premise that ignorance and passivity represents consent, ‘failure‘ is not an option, so let’s find out what is really going on behind the scenes with SBHC medical protocols and SBHC vaccination programs by educating ourselves on the issues before it is too late.

…’Naturopathic Doctor and vaccine researcher, Dave Mihalovic stated that public health agencies are pushing the centers in the guise of preventive medicine, when they will effectively promote the opposite. “The centers are providing an entry portal for pharmaceutical giants to access student health records and provide dangerous treatments such as untested drugs and vaccines without the full informed consent of parents.”
Consent packets are sent home by the school, completed by a parent/guardian, and then returned to the school. Vaccines are provided during the school day by nursing staff. Parents are not required to be present.
The consent forms are a one-time process, meaning parents will not have to submit consent more than once regardless how many vaccines their child receives. “This leaves the door open for the injection or administration of any drug treatment to the child which the school’s health staff deems appropriate, without any informed consent by the parents on the treatment’s effects, contraindications or consequences,” said Mihalovic.
“It’s certainly an incredibly advantageous position for big pharma,” said Mihalovic. The decisions will ultimately be between parents and the respective policy makers of school system, however the responsibility to make the right decision will lie solely with the parents. “Any parent who would not sound the alarm at a policy that does not inform them of every single injection, drug or treatment to their child is simply not paying attention to the potential consequences,” concluded Mihalovic.
…’The right to “informed consent” when considering any medical procedure or drug, is a fundamental human right and a key medical ethic that governs medical law in almost every country in the world. This ethic has grown from the Nuremberg trials after World War II. It forbids human experimentation and the use of force or intimidation in medical procedures.
The institutions that are using these strong-arm tactics are in violation of fundamental medical ethics and must be challenged forcefully if we are to preserve what remains of health freedom for humanity. The unions who have conspired with the various institutions to enforce vaccination must also be called to task for failing to protect children and workers’ rights from medical coercion and battery.
At the pinnacle of defending our health freedoms, we need to muster strength in numbers as the majority to secure amendments that will guarantee freedom of choice in health, and protection from enforced medication at all costs.
