With that out of the way here is a video of the tragedy that went down in Montreal in Canada June 22, 2026.
So what we know , so far….
Shooter was a guy named (25 yrs old) Seth Hatfield, resident of Lethbridge Alberta. “A 34-year-old police officer, a civilian, and the male suspect were all killed in a shooting in front of a Hilton Hotel near the offices of Aylo, the world’s largest adult content corporation and the parent company of Pornhub”- out.com news
Seth was apparently an “incel” who blamed the world for his inability to pick up woman because they didn’t throw themselves at him and he would rather rage about that than actually try to improve his social skills.
Some online commentators will blame “leftists” for Seth’s use of various communist tropes in the drivelling manifesto. Personally I think Seth was a fucking idiot and would have used anything as justification for his lashing out and killing a police officer and wounding another.
Other commentators will blame “the right” and I’m not buying that bullshit either. News flash Seth Hatfield was a selfish asshole who latched onto incel ideology as it gave him a purpose he was to lazy to find. I think most incel’s are selfish and lazy narcissists with really limited political intelligence, social skills and ambition.
Did the one police officer light up the civilian who popped up like whack-a-mole? Sure looks that way but an autopsy will bear that one out.
People were quick to blame the cop. I have mixed feelings on that one.
Cops aren’t tier 1 operators or even grunts, shit like this is NOT in their wheel house. Blame training, DEI or whatever makes you tick. Bullets were flying, she was wounded, her partner was down and bleeding out and the shooter was closing the gap. Then all of a sudden a large man appears out of nowhere. I can see how this happened easily. Wrong time and place, bad decisions.
Again if Hatfield didn’t pull his terminal tantrum none of this would have happened. At least not at that time and place.
Hatfield in my opinion was looking for suicide by cop to make some kind of meaning for his life. Instead of actually trying to make a real difference like volunteering to help at a homeless shelter or being a scout leader he was a selfish asshole who’s actions ended the lives of others because of his bullshit. The police officer who was shot and killed by Hatfield was 34-year-old Montreal police officer Mohamed Lamine Benredouane
Seth Hatfield, the shooter, was killed by follow on police back up.
