Recent video showing activist Adam Kokesh getting set up and showing police attempting to
plant drugs on him during a demonstration really stuck in my craw today.
Now just a quick disclaimer, I know some good cops and there are some who are there to serve the public. However when the paycheck and pension is threatened too many will compromise their oaths and morals for the so called “greater good”.
To any of our viewers in law enforcement or acting as peace officers this should be a wake up call for you as well. Ask yourself if your serving the greater good by setting people up. It’s a hard call and only one you can make.
Bit of a backgrounder. Adam Kokesh is a big freedom and rights activist as well as a Marine veteran. He also likes to partake of herb. His next demonstration though was to lead a walk through Washington,D.C. with slung rifles as a demonstration of 2nd Amendment rights. Legally, not a damned thing the system could do about it. Adam is a pretty smart fella and could talk his way out of almost anything. So thus the attempted “set up”. Take out the leader (just a bit of that good ole fashion COINTELPRO in action) . Luckily folks got it on video.
Pay attention to the man in the black t-shirt. Initially just someone at the demonstration getting caught up. Nope. Sorry undercover cop taking care of business. This next video is even better.
Excerpt Washington Times article– “Adam is being held at a Philadelphia Federal Detention Center his Register# 69371-006. “The dispatcher informed me Jane Cowley of the Public Affairs Office is the point of contact for this matter. Her number is 215-597-9205.” His Facebook it says, “…they will not tell us why he is locked up but the only thing that we know is he is being locked up for ‘resisting arrest’ that is all that will be confirmed… Adam is allegedly refusing to process for ‘resisting arrest’ and I can confirm he does not have ID with him – Brotha Lucas stated.”- end quote.
Unfortunatly its all too common with police abusing their powers.
At larger demonstrations it is always easy for the police to set up agents provocateurs to “ramp up” demonstrations to give them the excuse to escalate their response.
This is a great video showing what looks like a so called “black block” (more likely black op) demonstrator that turns out to be another undercover.
In this video luckily a union leader was able to identify the agents provocateurs in time and kick em off their line at a demonstration in Canada. The union leader was Dave Coles, president of the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union.
One last rant to go. I really, really ,really don’t trust the so called “black bloc” anarchists at any demonstration. They will resort to violence and vandalism and seem really counter intuitive. Not to mention they seem pretty compromised with police insiders and opportunist thrill seekers. However here’s a link to what purports to be their version of events. And perhaps in their “defense” they have been set up as well to loose credibility.

Can’t say enough about folks taking video at these demonstrations,sit-ins,etc. Remember though video works both ways so make sure your exercising your rights and not doing anything you wouldn’t want the rest of the world to see! Cheers- EvS
